Depot Repair Error: "FRM-40401: No Changes To Save" In The Actuals Tab (Doc ID 1629410.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 and later, Depot Setup

When attempting to submit actual lines to OM (after applying patch 17315806), the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
'FRM-40401: No changes to save.'

The error comes for each line that is submitted. So if there are 10 lines, the message will come up 10 times. The lines are submitted and saved correctly though.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create SR
2. Create RO
3. Enter 2 actual lines for the RO (one labour and one material). Save them
4. Select both lines and press 'Submit Selected'
