Email Center -Timestamp Differences Between Emails And Interaction History. Leads To Confusion As IH Dates Don't Match With Emails In Queues And Inboxes (Doc ID 1629476.1)

The Interaction History screen does not shown the times in 24 clock or with AM PM detail, which can lead to a 12 hour discrepancy in timings.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Email Center Agent Console
2, (N) Customer
3. Select Customer.

Close Date and open date show as: 11/22/2013 01:34:27

Open the related email, date is shown as 11/22/2013 13:34:27

There appears to be a 12 hour time difference, iemsa_customerdetailac.jsp does not show date in a 24 hour clock compliant manor.
