RTI - Electronic P60 Not Displaying in Self Service - Adobe error "Adobe Reader could not open"

Trying to open the P60 from Self service but we are getting the following error :
ADOBE READER error
Adobe Reader could not open 'eP60.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded).
