Statuses With A Status Type Of EXPIRED Not In LOV When Contract Is Past Expires On Date

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users have contracts that are past their Expires On date and the contract statuses that we defined under the status type of EXPIRED are not showing up in the New Status LOV on the Contract Status form (OKCAUSTC).
This is preventing the user from being able to close any contracts.
