Receipts Workbench: Customer Location Data Erases When Creating a Receipt

Symptoms

Attempting to enter a Receipt.

After entering the Customer Number and tabbing, the Location is populated.
After you SAVE, the Location is erased and NOT saved.

You then re-enter the Customer Number, and the Location is greyed out and not enterable.

After saving again (2nd Save), the Location is enterable and auto-populated and Save (3rd Save) to complete the entry.

This occurred after patches were applied.

Changes

The following patches were applied:
<Patch 12647616> and CPU/RPC/RDBMS <Patch 128348001>
