Symptoms

On Oracle E-Business Suite, 12.0.6 version. For a customer the perception is not calculated but the IVA is calculated.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Need to be calculate, IVA and Perception for any customer


WHAT IS WORKING

Taxes are calculated correctly for other customers



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Receivables Responsibility with Latin Tax Engine enabled for Argentina
2. Go to Transactions > Transactions
3. Create a transaction
4. Review Taxes.
  ... Perception is not calculated
