After Certify Office 2010 64-bit Can't Create A Journal Entry Document Importing Data From Text File

On Oracle Applications 12.1.3 version,
after applying patches 16399718 and 16399820 to certify Microsoft Office 2010 64-bit, creating a Journal Entry Single document with a Content text File to import data is failing with below Visual Basic error after creating XL sheet:

Compile error:
Variable not defined

Code error :

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch the Web Application Desktop Integrator Journal Wizard, using the navigation menu General Ledger -> Journals -> Launch Journal Wizard.
2. In the Journal Wizard select the following parameters:
  Layout: Functional Actuals – Single (seed Layout)
  Content: Text File
  Mapping: A custom mapping for the file containing the import data
  Local Filename: File with the data to import
3. Press Create Document button.
4. Open the file generated.
5. Enable Macros will open XL sheet with VB error.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import journals.
