Symptoms

When attempting to run the Create Accounting process, the following error occurs in the Accounting Program log file.

XLAACCUP module: Accounting Program
An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:

An internal error has occurred in the program XLA_00200_AAD_S_000003_PKG.EventClass_271. ORA-06503: PL/SQL: Function returned without value.

ERROR : ORA-00001: UNIQUE CONSTRAINT (.) VIOLATED....
