Symptoms

Partner Integration:

Customer Exemptions are defined in the Partner Software (Taxware & Vertex), but are not working. 
The view ARP_TAX_VIEW_TAXWARE/ARP_TAX_VIEW_VERTEX was customized.

The Exemptions setup in Taxware/Vertex should be recognized and there should be no tax calculated when creating transactions.
