Collector's Worklist Shows Error - Unable To Locate Valid Collector For Credit Memo

On : 184.108.40.206 version, Collections Agent UI
Notification is not going to proper person for taking action.
Worklist shows the following error message even if the Collector is Active
"Collector assigned to the Customer level is missing or invalid".
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to send the work item notifications
2. It fails with the above mentioned error message
3. Message shows: Unable to locate valid Collector for Credit Memo Request
4. Verified that AR Collector is correctly tied to the Sysadmin User. Employee Name field is already populated in the AR Collector Setup screen.
