Performance Issue when Querying Transactions in Cash Management Form CEXCABMR

Symptoms

In R12: Reconciliation and Clearing. Users encounter performance issue when querying transactions in Cash Management form CEXCABMR 
 

Steps to reproduce this issue:

1. Navigate to Cash Management Responsibility

2. Bank Statement --> Manual Clearing --> Clear Transactions --> Choose any bank account number

3. Click Find

Find is taking a very long time for the transactions to be returned

The issue also applies to un-clearing transactions (Bank Statement  --> Manual Clearing  --> UnClear Transactions Choose any bank account number, then Find).
