What is being announced?
Patch for Thailand Inland Revenue VAT Legal Requirement Update Effective January 2014

ATTENTION: EBS Release 11i is now on sustaining support and this will be the last legal update patch  that Oracle will provide on the EBS Release 11i Thailand Tax Localization version. Customers are strongly encouraged to upgrade to the latest releases of Oracle EBS to enjoy future legal update patches within the supported period in accordance to the EBS Suite Lifetime support policy.   

What do you need to do?
Steps to Obtain This Patch

1. Log a service request (SR) on MyOracleSupport indicating your need to obtain this legal update patch.  Log the SR against the product “APAC Add-on Localizations (2031).
2.  Within the patch provide your company contact information including name, title, telephone number, email (Mandatory)
3. Please indicate if your company already has plans to upgrade to EBS Release 12, if possible, and if any support from Oracle is needed.

Once the SR is logged and your company contact information is provided, a patch number and a password will be provided to you through the service request for downloading the patch.
