Aging Tab is Available for 'All' Operating Units when Navigating from the Search Window

Symptoms
When going to the IEXRCALL form, and querying a customer in the Organization field, and when Operating Unit = All, the Aging tab is disabled. This is correct functionality, as the aging cannot combine data for Operating Unites.
But when the same customer is queried, via the search window, the Aging tab is enabled and shows combined data for all OU's.
Steps to Reproduce: Responsibility: Collections Agent Navigation: Collections
Query a customer using the search window, with Operating Unit = All, the Aging tab should be inactive, and is not.
