How To Display Only The Option Class Components On Order Lines And Not The Option Class Item (Doc ID 1631549.1)

Goal

Q1) Users don't want to see the Option Class Item displayed in the order lines.
Only the Optional Class Components selected need to be displayed.


For Example:

Users don't want to see "TEST OPTION CLASS" on the order line.  Users want to see only the Option Class Component that was selected.
In the attachment example, it is "700-47800-001" to be shown on the order line and NOT "TEST OPTIONAL CLASS".
In new design, there are 4 to 5 optional classes , so the order becomes confusing if everything is allowed to be displayed.

The Profile Options, OM: Included Item Freeze Method and OM: Show Line Details have been used extensively, but they do not satisfy the business requirement.

Is there functionality available to accomplish this?
