Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Setup of orgs, subs, locators
When attempting to use INV_CONVERT.create_uom_conversion to create inter-class conversion for items that have more than one primary_unit_of_measure across organizations, the following error occurs.
NOTE: when the customer uses the same input to create a conversion in the form, it works as expected.

Exception Occured :
-1422:ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
