Symptoms
On Oracle Applications 12.1.3 version:
Actual Behavior
A report submitted from report manager, there is report output in PDF, but not Excel.
Expected Behavior
Excel output should be proper
The following steps are performed to re-produce this:
1. Submit a Report from Report Manager.
2. After publishing , View output PDF is fine, but Excel shows no data.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view Excel output.
