Symptoms
When running the setup.exe for UPK Developer Server 11.1. on Windows Server 2012 R2 machine, the following error message is displayed:
"System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (405) Method Not Allowed."
Environment:
UPK 11.1.0.0 Server
ESP2 - 11.1.0.2
.NET 4.5 Framework
OS Server - Win Server 2012 R2
