Unable To Submit User Registration In iSupport After Implementing SSO (Doc ID 1631836.1)

Symptoms

--Problem

After implementing SSO  when attempting to create a new iSupport User  after entering the required fields and selecting submit the following error occurs :-

Prior to SSO being implemented using the same url new iSupport Users were successfully created without error

--Error

 An unexpected error occurred. Please contact your System Administrator

--Steps


1. Launch browser to access iSupport
2. Select Register
3 Enter mandatory fields
4. Submit
5. Error occurs
