Payment Information not Displaying when Using Spanish Language (Doc ID 1631946.1)

On : 12.1.2 version, Lease Authoring

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Find that when viewing contracts using Latin American Spanish, if any of the payment types have "Multiple" value in periods, when selecting that payment type using the radio button, the detail of that payment is not displayed in the window below it.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When selecting that payment type using the radio button, the detail of the payment should display below in a new window.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Author a lease contract in English or Latin American Spanish.
2. Choose Latin American Spanish to view the contract
3. Navigate to Payments tab
4, Using the radio button, select the payment that has "Multiple" value in periods. The detail of that payment is not displayed below.
5. However, if you use the English language, the detail of the payment will get displayed below.
