CSFDCMAI.fmb Compilation Errors

Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Dispatch Center
When attempting to compile the CSFDCMAI, the following error occurs.
ERROR
CSFDCMAI with the following error, the form is generated.
FRM-18108: Failed to load the following objects.
Source Module:CSFDCTKS.fmb
Source Object: SPECIAL10
...
FRM-30351: No list elements defined for list item.
List EFFORT_UOM
FRM-30431: Warning: Duplicate column name PLANNED_EFFORT_UOM in block TASKS.
FRM-30351: No list elements defined for list item.
List TIME_ZONE_SOURCE
FRM-30351: No list elements defined for list item.
List DATASET
STEPS
Use Adadmin to compile the CSF module, and find that the CSFDCMAI.fmb is getting the above mentioned errors.
Note: Also observed the following error information in CSFDCMAI.fmb and CSFDCTKS.fmb
