Symptoms

 Application of Online Help patch 9239095 fails with:

<ALR_TOP>/help/US/ALR00001070.htm: upload failed

AD Worker error:
The above program failed with error code 1.
See the AD Worker log file and/or the program log file for details.


Note:  Hundreds of *.htm files fail to upload in addition to the example shown.
