Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request

When attempting to associate home page content to the responsibility in Oracle iSupport, the following error occurs.

Steps to Replicate

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Go to iSupport Administration >> Homepage >> Content >> Associate Responsibility

Try to search for responsibility and associate it, the error occurs.
