ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Item Number is missing on the PO AME notification, sometimes PO lines are duplicated on the PO AME notification.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that PO AME notification could reflect the correct content about PO
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N) Purchasing > Notification summary, open approval notification of standard PO 1142,finding that the PO lines are duplicated.
2. Also sometimes he item number is missed on the AME PO approval notification.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the PO AME notification cannot reflect the correct content about PO.
