On Application Release 12.1.3:
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

It was found that 'Discrete Update OSP Need-by Dates' request is automatically approving related Purchase Orders.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected is to not have the PO's being approved without control.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Discrete Update OSP Need-by Dates request.
