Last updated on AUGUST 24, 2016

Applies to:

Oracle Receivables - Version 12 to 12.0.6 [Release 12.0]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

In R12:

The ORIGINAL_GL_DATE for the REV-UNEARN Distributions, Created by a Revenue Adjustment is set based upon the Revenue Adjustment GL_DATE (New RULE_START_DATE, rather than the original RULE_START_DATE stamped on the Invoice).

The distributions of the Credit Memos (CM) were created against Invoices (INV) with deferred revenue rule (having manual revenue adjustments with a GL_DATE that is different than the RULE_START_DATE on the invoice) are incorrect:  The REV-UNEARN pairs are missing.
