OTA Workflow - Bulk Enrollment Notification And Cleanup

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP6 version, Workflows and Notifications


Bulk Enrollment Notification and Cleanup" is not clearing all the  processed bulk enrollment request and member table records.

Customer needs to clean up the records that are stuck in Tables:  OTA_BULK_ENR_REQUESTS and OTA_BULK_ENR_REQ_MEMBERS.

Expect the tables: OTA_BULK_ENROLL_UTIL.DELETE_BULK_ENR_REQUEST not to have any rows in them, once all of the OTA Wokflows of type "Bulk Enrollment Notification and Cleanup" are Complete.

The issue has the following business impact :Workflows that are currently being processed through completion are not deleting rows from Tables OTA_BULK_ENR_REQUESTS and OTA_BULK_ENR_REQ_MEMBERS.
