Can't Submit Time For Employees Who Are Terminated Employees In Mid-Period - Timekeeper (Doc ID 1633333.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Timekeeper Entry, Issue is happening in Test Instance.

When attempting to create time entry via API,
the following error occurs.

ORA-20001: This person does not have preferences for the selected effective date

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run API to enter Time card details for a terminated employee for the mid period during the termination date.

Works Correctly using the Timekeeper Responsibility.
