Invoice that is generated from the Copy Program (ARXREC) is generated as Complete and not posted.
Users are unable to Incomplete the Copied Invoices getting APP-XLA-95103 error.
Symptoms
Attempting incomplete an invoices that is generated complete and not posted from the Copy Program (ARXREC) and receive the following error:
APP_XLA_95103: An Internal Error Has Occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:
An internal error has occurred in the program xla_events_pkg.update_event. Unable to perform UPDATE on the event.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Transactions > Copy Transactions
After Copy Transaction Concurrent Program is performed.
Query Invoice that is Generated.
Try to Incomplete the Invoice and receive the error
