AMP For EBS: Oracle E-Business Suite Node Is Having Metrics Collection Error In JVM Usage (Doc ID 1633498.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Application Management Pack for Oracle E-Business Suite Guide Release 12.1.0.2.0 with EBS 12.1.3 version, the target "Oracle E-Business Suite Node" is having a metric Collection error in the Infrastructure part of the APPL_TOP Context.  Drilling down to all members there seems to be some issue with the metrics collection for "oacore_JVM_1_apps" as the following error results:

oracle_apps_jvm target "SID_HOSTNAME.com_oacore_JVM_1_apps" does not exist
oracle.sysman.emSDK.emd.comm.NoSuchTargetException: the oracle_apps_jvm target "<SID>_<hostname>_oacore_JVM_1_apps" does not exist
