Every time the services or even the complete BI Server is restarted the "Report Jobs" fail to execute. Only resubmitting one of the existing "Report jobs" helps to reschedule the others. After resubmitting every job, they are valid again and run without any problems. The error message which can be seen in the "Report Job History" when this occurs is:
