Symptoms

Getting the below error while rebuilding the queue wf_deferred
 ORA-20000: Oracle Error Mkr1= -24015 - ORA-24015: cannot create QUEUE_TABLE, QUEUE_PAYLOAD_TYPE APPS.WF_EVENT_T does not exist

Changes

Migrate 11.5.10.2 application to 12.2.2
