Trade Management Product Number Does Not Show in Claim Line Promotional Tab, Only Product Description is Displayed (Doc ID 1634272.1)

Symptoms

In Trade Management Claim Tab, the new UI under promotional tab when there is a line amount entered and the user clicks on Claim details icon , the document section pops up and shows only product description, it does not show product name/number

Expected Behavior

Expect that the claim details pop-up shows the product name from SEGMENT1 of MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_B

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Responsibility: Trade Management User
  2. Navigation: Claims Tab > Promotional
  3. Identify a line and then select the Claim Details icon
  4. The pop-up opens and there is no information showing for the product name , only the product description


Due to this issue, as there are numerous products with similar description  the business users finds it difficult to identify the correct item based on product description only
