Error while approving Medical or LTA Bills from India Professional User Self Service. (Doc ID 1634301.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, India Payroll

When attempting to approve Medical or LTA Expenses, the following error occurs.

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20001: The element cannot be attached to the assignment. Ensure that the element link is present and the payroll is attached to the assignment. This will automatically create an element entry, else you will have to create the element entry manually.
