How to Display the Mandatory Address fields with an Asterisk in iStore? (Doc ID 1634366.1)

Goal

While creating a new Address for certain countries, the address fields are not displaying mandatory, although the application is enforcing them as mandatory.

  For example:
    When Country is United States, fields Address Line1, City, State and Zip are displayed with an asterisk indicating they are mandatory.
    When Country is Canada, ONLY 'Address line 1' field is shown as mandatory.
      Then if the user enters a value for 'Address Line 1' field only and saves, the will see the error
          "The city, county, state, and zip code combination is incorrect. Please correct them."

How can the mandatory fields in the Canada context of the Address flexfield be displayed
  so that the user clearly can see which fields are mandatory?
