Performance
Create Expense Report
Http 500 error - Internal Server Error
Symptoms
After several users (approximately 8 users for an example customer) log on to Oracle Internet Expenses and begin creating expense reports the system performance slows to a crawl. Users then begin receiving an Http 500 error - Internal Server Error message and are unable to continue entering expense report data.
With only a very few users, such as 2 or 3, the following response times on various OIE pages are unacceptable.
General Information page ==== 11 seconds
Cash and Other Expenses Details page ====== 22 seconds
ER Link access =======16 seconds
Update existing ER icon access =13 seconds
Steps to Reproduce (example for Cash and Other Expenses Details page)

1. Login to EBS.
2. Select the Internet Expense Responsibility.
3. Select the Create Expense Button
4. Enter the Expense header details on the General Information page
5. Select the Next button
6. Select an Expense Type on the Cash and Other Expenses multi-line page
7. Select the Details icon.
