Symptoms
Sum of Multiple distributions for a PO Line does not equal the PO Line Amount.
For example, using Encumbrance accounting:
Purchase Order number 108267. This PO has 1 line for Quantity of 1 @ Price of 5250.96.
This Line has Multiple distributions.
PO Line Quantity 1 @ 5250.96. This PO Line has 3 distributions (see below)
L1D1 --> Q .55 --> Amount 2,888.03
L1D2 --> Q .33 --> Amount 1,732.82
L1D3 --> Q .12 --> Amount 630.12
The total of these 3 distributions add up to 5250.97 but the Line total is 5250.96.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expecting the Line total to match the sum of all the distributions of the line.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create Standard Purchase Order that is approved / reserved with 1 Line with Quantity 1 and Multiple distributions
2. The Purchase Order is later matched and the tax rate at that time is slightly different.
Because of this difference there is a small amount overage in the obligation reversal, etc.
Due to this issue, Purchase Order distributions total not adding up to PO Line total.
