On Oracle Applications version,
when attempting to launch FNDNLDTI.fmb form to define Territory Code inputting SX,
the following error occurs:

The code chosen is not valid. A code needs to be in part of ISO 3166, or the series of letters AA, QM to QZ,XA to XZ,
and ZZ can be used for users-assigned code.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Launch the FNDNLDTI.fmb form:
 Navigation: System Administrator-Application-Install-Territories

2 Define a Territory Code by inputting SX.
