Symptoms

Interface Trip Stop is Failing for an order line in SUPPLY_ELIGIBLE status with error ORA-20002: 3133: Activity instance 'SHIP_LINE' is not a notified activity for item 'OEOL/25292932'. in Package OE_Delayed_Requests_PVT Procedure Process_Request_Pvt.

In order to resolve this and be able to resubmit and successfully run Interface Trip Stop for the order, the line workflow must be progressed to a SHIP_LINE - NOTIFIED status.  In order to progress the order line, user performs the following steps in the Sales Order Form:

1) Query and Open affected order
2) Lines Tab
3) Highlight line in error
4) Action Progress
5) Select Complete Supply Order Eligible activity

When attempting to progress the order line, however, the following error is raised:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User Responsibility
2. Shipping
3. Interfaces
4. Run Interface Trip Stop
5. Error ORA-20002 is raised
6. Sales Order Form
7. Query and Open affected order
8. Lines Tab
9. Highlight line in error
10. Action Progress
11. Select Complete Supply Order Eligible activity
12. Error is raised.
