How to use 'Customers: Quick' Functions In R12.2.3? (Doc ID 1635198.1)

Goal

Two functions related to Quick Customers are available in 12.2.3. However, neither one appears to be working.

1) HZ_ARXCUDCI_QUICK Customers: Quick Form
  Calls form ARXCUDCI.fmx, which does not exist in R12.2.3

2) HZ_ARXCUDCW_QUICK Customers: Quick
  Also calls form ARXCUDCI (which does not exist) but additionally opens a calendar screen, which errors.
