Symptoms
User is unable to edit and make changes to the Order Release Line on a custom Order Release Manager Layout
-- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Navigated to Configuration and Administration > User Configuration > Manager Layout.
2. Searched for Order Release then copied it and created Manager Layout of Order_Release_Manager_Layout
3. Click on Detail and then click on the Line Item Tab.
4. Here it shows as 'Uneditable Field' and Uneditable Content Section. It does allow you to add a field or section but that is it.
