Symptoms
When attempting to execute CSTRCMCR3 Generate COGS Recognition Events the following error occurs.
ERROR

There is no open GL period for Ledger xxxx in or after period DD_MMM-YYYY.
One of these future GL periods must be opened before COGS can be properly matched to Revenue.
