Symptoms
On : 11.5.10.2 version, Modifiers Setup only
When attempting to inactivate modifiers,
the following error occurs.

FRM-40200: Field is protected against update
NOTES

Offers created to support campaigns in the Oracle Marketing module create Modifiers in the pricing modules.
These modifiers cannot be deactivated from the Oracle Pricing Manager due to error: FRM-40200: Field is protected against update
The modifiers belong to source system AMS for Pricing Transaction Entity ORDFUL and cannot be updated
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Oracle Pricing Manager
2. Navigate to: Modifiers > Modifier Setup
3. Query the modifier(s)
4. Uncheck the active checkbox.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
We have over 200 of these modifiers that need to be deactivated and do not know how to accomplish this.
