Workflow Error ORA-20001: OE_Shipping_WF.Shipping_Activity Where Order Line and Delivery Detail Are Shipped And Interfaced (Doc ID 1635979.1)

Symptoms

Order line is in a SHIPPED status. Related delivery detail is shipped and interfaced, however, the workflow is stuck with the following errors and cannot progress line to fulfillment status:

ORA-20001: OE_Shipping_WF.Shipping_Activity(OEOL,) Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(OE_SHIPPING_WF.START_SHIPPING, OEOL, RUN)
W=Workflow Ship Workflow activity Ship has failed. Please fix the errors and retry the activity from the Order Form or the Workflow Monitor.
W=Workflow Ship Error: The update request cannot be executed now because the source lines have at least one delivery line that is in a confirmed delivery or has been shipped.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. OM Super User responsibility
2. Navigate to Sales Order form
3. Query order number
4. Manually Force the Ship Line workflow activity
