Issues with Timekeeper Entries for Rehires before Final Process Date

The existing functionality allows for timekeepers to enter time for terminated employees before their final process date. And due to this, for employees who have been re-hired before their final process date running into issues if Timekeeper enters the time for the period before their rehire date. Some Customers have the business requirement of not allowing time entry before rehire date and will run into issues if the re-hire date is before the final process date. Therefore, there is a need for the ability of controlling for which days the timecard could be submitted for a re-hired employee. Example: The rehired is not supposed to get time for the days before his re-hire date. As it is being entered by Timekeepers and the time is entered in bulk, difficult to track the final process date and the rehire date manually while entering the timecards
