Symptoms
In 12.1.1, in forms (pui) or in Self Service (sshr), when one tries to enter an absence, the following error occurs :
1) In Forms (PUI) :
ORA-01403: no data found
FRM-435: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01843.

2) In Self Service (sshr) :
