Goal

The following RTI Reports are failing as follows :

PYGBFPSREC module: RTI FPS Run Reconciliation Report
One or more post-processing actions failed. Consult the OPP service log for details.

And :

PYGBRTIFPSOP14 module: RTI - Full Payment Submission Output 2014/15
One or more post-processing actions failed. Consult the OPP service log for details.

The error on the OPP service log is :
