Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Concurrent Manager Issues

When attempting to shutdown concurrent manager after patch (18304160) application the following error occurs.

adcmctl.sh: Concurrent manager utility (CONCSUB) is not found !!!!

You are running adcmctl.sh version 120.17.12010000.5
ls -l $FND_TOP/bin/CONCSUB

 /m01/oracle/TEST/apps/apps_st/appl/fnd/12.0.0/bin/CONCSUB not found
