When there are assets which have Bonus Depreciation in a legacy system, and the user does NOT want to transfer Journal of Reserve (since those values where depreciated in Legacy System to GL),  how can these assets be moved to Oracle EBS from the legacy system through the Tax Upload Interface (FAXTAXUP)?
