How to set user defined attributes (UDA) to read-only viaOracle Application Framework (OAF) pages In Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM).

STEPS
-----------------------
1) Open any attribute group.
2) Edit any attribute.
3) SLM Edit Attribute page DOES NOT allow user to set attribute as read only
4) SLM Attribute Group Details page does not show attributes as read only
