Error Delivery Contains Source Line Of Source System OE That Has Unshipped Lines With Zero Requested Quantity, Ensure There Are No Unshipped Source Lines With A Total Requested Quantity Of Zero (Doc ID 1637504.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to ship confirm a delivery where that are multiple split delivery details for a single order line
and one or more of those delivery details has a zero requested quantity, the following error occurs:

 

ERROR

Error: Some Deliveries selected for ship confirm have errors or warnings.

Error: The Delivery <delivery_id> contains source line <order line_id> of source system OE that has zero requested quantity.
Please make sure that the total requested quantity of a source line being shipped is always non zero.

or

Error: Delivery <delivery_id> contains source line <order line_id> of source system OE that has unshipped lines with zero requested quantity.
Please make sure that there are no unshipped source lines with a total requested quantity of zero.



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Order Management Super User Responsibility
2. Shipping > Transactions
3. Query delivery or order
4. Attempt to ship confirm the delivery
5. Error is raised
